What are your service areas?
We offer delivery to the following cities and surrounding areas: San Francisco, Daly City, South San Francisco, San Mateo, Redwood City, El Cerrito, Berkeley, Oakland, San Leandro, Hayward, and Union City.
Does the price include taxes?
No, and taxes per each city and county may vary therefore final total will differ from each location.
How long do deliveries generally take?
Delivery times vary depending upon your location and road conditions. Typically, you can expect deliveries to take anywhere from 30 minutes up to 90 minutes in most circumstances.
Can someone else accept my order for me when the driver arrives?
No, state law requires that we process and fulfill the transaction with the individual that initiated the order.
Do you accept debit and credit card payments?
We do not accept credit card payments, however customers can use their debit card to withdraw funds by using our cashless ATM payment option. There is a $3.50 surcharge to use this service and an out-of-network fee may or may not apply with your banking institution. Learn more about Cashless ATM by clicking here.
Is there a delivery minimum?
We have a required minimum order amount of $49 pre-taxed. We do not deliver any orders below $29 pre-taxed.
Is there a delivery fee?
We offer free delivery for all orders over our $49 pre-taxed minimum. Any overs below the minimum will incur a $5 delivery fee. We do not deliver any orders below $29 pre-taxed.
What kind of ID is required?
You’ll need a government issued ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) proving that you are over 21 years old. If you are under the age of 21 but over 18 years old, you will need to provide a valid medical recommendation. If your address on your ID does not match the delivery address, we may ask you to submit a selfie photo with your ID next to your face.
Are the products you sell lab tested?
All products that Buzz Delivery has in stock have gone through rigorous lab testing according to the Bureau of Cannabis Controls testing standards. Products are tested for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, molds, mycotoxins and more. After the products are tested, they are transported to our retail facility with a detailed manifest confirming they are tested and safe for consumption.
Will my personal information be kept confidential?
Absolutely! We respect people’s privacy and protect your personal information and never share or sell your information to third parties.
Do you have a walk-in facility where I can pick up my orders?
No, we are a delivery service only.
I'm from out of town. Can you deliver to my hotel?
Yes, but we will ask you to meet our driver in front of the lobby upon arrival.
